To kick off the new year, we’re happy to announce that Network Alliance has successfully completed a SOC 2 Type I audit. The AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) created its Service Organization Control [SOC] reporting framework as a way to provide independent evaluations of a service provider’s defined operational and compliance functions. We know clients trust us with confidential information, and a clean SOC 2 report means our clients can continue to depend on us for secure, compliant hosting.
In addition to the SOC 2 Type 1 audit, Network Alliance is also compliant in these areas (click links to learn more):
Since Day One, now more than 20 years ago, we have focused 100% on our system’s security. With changing times and advances in technology, we’ve seen increased demand from our clients for compliance documentation. In response, Network Alliance began the lengthy and time-consuming compliance process three years ago. Ted Brown, VP of IT Operations, worked closely with compliance officers to ensure we were successful. And, we were! Our clients can now say their IT provider and the eCAP system they use are compliant in the areas noted above.
