Any assistance I have ever received from Support has always been excellent.
Oddly enough, the issue decided to resolve itself when I finally called Network Alliance. Still, my experience was positive, and I was invited to call back should the issue rear its ugly head again.

While this outage was not a great experience for anyone, Corey and Brandon were both very pleasant, quick to respond, and provided useful info. Brandon was very proactive this afternoon, reaching out to ask if we were seeing progress in our email coming back online. Again, not a fun couple of days, but very happy with the service provided by the Support Team. Would like to see a new communication strategy from Service Assurance other than email in the event of a future email outage.
We experienced a very long outage yesterday, for several hours. We had no phones working and some people also had no access to apps that were hosted in their ecap session. I'm shocked that a company like yours took so long to resolve the issue and had no option to switch us over to any type of backup system/support. We were unable to respond to our customers for most of our work day yesterday. When I called to get more information on the issue, the person I spoke with said he had no details he could share with me. We waited a couple hours to get a general email from you, which said to wait another couple hours for another status update. Very poor service on this one...
