  • What if I want to use my tablet?

    Not a problem! Setup is a breeze, and the virtual desktop is the same across all devices.

  • Do you offer dual-factor authentication?

    RSA security is our go-to dual-factor authentication method. Requiring a randomly generated key from your phone or keyfob with RSA won’t let potential cyber criminals into your files even if they have a stolen password.

  • Can I access my mailbox outside of my virtual desktop?

    Yes, and with our Office 365 offerings, your mailbox is accessible from any browser in the world or through your included copy of Microsoft Outlook.

  • What happens if we decide to change providers?

    We hate to see you go, but we’ll make the transition as easy as possible. Our contract requires a 30-day notice. After that, we’ll work with your new service provider to transfer your data in their requested format.

  • Can I work offline?

    While it’s possible to work on some data offline, we encourage our clients to avoid this method, due to potential security concerns when you move your data from the secure server to your personal device. Besides, we always encourage our clients to enjoy some downtime. Leave your data secure and take a break while you’re offline!

  • Can I scan into the remote server?

    Yes, and we’ll even help you manage that pesky address book on the big office-wide scanner!

  • Am I able to print to a printer in my office?

    Of course! We support almost every brand and type of printer under the sun.

  • Can I access my remote desktop from a Mac?

    We love our Macs, too! All you need is Microsoft Remote Desktop 10.

  • How can I be sure my data is safe in the Network Alliance cloud?

    We’re proud owners of multiple certifications including HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST SP 800-171, as well as having a third-party annual SOC audit. You don’t have to trust us on our word alone (although we stand behind our words); we have the security compliance certificates to prove it!

  • Who provides the licensing for my software?

    We’re a certified Microsoft Cloud Service Provider. Your monthly service fee includes Microsoft licensing for products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. All third-party licensing is provided by the client. This way, if you switch providers, you’ll keep your licenses!
