Network Alliance was honored on February 23, 2018, in multiple categories at the 12th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. These latest recognition’s mark the sixth year in a row we’ve received Stevie Awards.

At the awards ceremony in Las Vegas, the Network Alliance Support Center team was recognized in the following categories:
- Gold Award for Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Services
- Gold Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year – Technology Industries.
- Bronze Award to Corey Orr, Front-Line Customer Service Professional of the Year – Technology Industries
In 2017, the Network Alliance Support Center team achieved the highest client-satisfaction scores in our company’s history. As of December 31, 2017, the combined average for all five core service characteristics from our end-user surveys reached an all-time high score of 99%.
